How long is the process, shipping and handeling? 3 to 7 business days
All sales are FINAL NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Due to the nature of our product all sale are final.
Wig Construction Policy
Customization may very depending on the hair and lace closure/frontal you provide. We cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly or your knots will bleach to the correct level. It is recommended that you purchase a wig from our collection to avoid this issue.
We accept hair that has been previously used for unit contsruction but the hair needs to be clean and free of any thread or glue.

Once item is shipped please keep track with your package Cpost international as we no longer have control. Shipping to Bonaire, Aruba and The Netherlands. www.cpostinternational.com with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
